[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Hello, fellow 30-day NoFappers! Today I completed the 21-DAY CHALLENGE so I’m levelling up to hit the next target of 30 days on here. Brief intro, didn’t even realise I had a PMO problem until I started 21 days ago. I’m a bit lightweight because I’d only PMO once, twice maybe three times a week, so kinda thought it was normal(ish). I’m not so worried about the MO frequency but that P shit has got to go. Messing with my mind.
