Curiously, I've never had a wet dream in my life. I know some people don't get them, guess I'm one. I thought I might since I haven't ejaculated in 17 days but no, it hasn't happened -- I'll sometimes wake up hard, but that's it.

  2. I found out that my wet dreams usually occur after a very stressfull day/days. After I had to give presentations at work, after doing something I have always wanted to do but was always too anxious to do (standing up for myself). It's weird, because it seems like my body wants to reward me by giving me a wet dream. I haven't drank alcohol, smoked or drank caffeine during my reboot.
After my first wet dream I felt like I had relapsed for 2-3 days. After my second wet dream I felt somehow fantastic.

-if you have frequent wet dreams (1 every 3 days) then you have PE

Yea, and I felt I was about to cum in the girl during the dream and then I woke up and felt the cum coming out and couldn’t stop it, so I felt the full ejaculation.

no, your body doesn't want to reward you for your bad day. your case is a good example for my theory. I think that frequent wet dreams are related to premature ejaculation. you had a wet dream because of stress. everyone knows that stress causes premature ejaculation. stress does not allow your brain to make the right decisions. very common is the case in which a very stressed person gets a lot of desire to eat, this happens because our control centers (prefrontal cortex) do not work properly in situations of high stress. so if you are stressed the primitive region of your brain (which controls pleasures) prevails over the prefrontal cortex (which has a function of control and reasoning). even if your body slept, stress caused wet dreams. I recommend meditation every day.

I have no sources. I have a year and a half of experience of my life. but don't worry, in many cases the problem is easily solved with a little stretching and reverse kegel. because premature ejaculation can be caused by a too narrow pelvic floor.

  7. I never had problems with PE, more the opposite - I can go on for hours sometimes.

Also, everytime before I had a wet dream, I had very deep meditations. I meditate every day, sometimes in mornings as well as in the afternoons.

I don't get why people make such a problem of wet dreams sometimes. They are dreams. Dreams help people process the day which includes reduction of stress, cleaning the prostate and epididymides of excess liquids and sperm.

Do you also do normal Kegel excersices? With PC muscle?

  11. Just stop before you cum and find other ways to please her until you think you can go on. Then put it back in the pinky haha

    @Johnny13
When you do ''normal kegels'', you squeeze your PC muscles when you exhale.
When you do ''reverse kegels'', you ''push out'' your PC muscles when you inhale.

Try this next time you go to the bathroom: When you exhale, squeeze your PC muscles and stop yourself to pee.
When you inhale, ''push out'' your PC muscles, you will feel that you are peeing much stronger.

I think I might have PE because I'm 10 months into NoFap and I get wet dreams 2-3 times per week, some times 3-4 times per week, despite meditating, doing wim hof method, doing crossfit, and eating right.

Unfortunately I cannot do kegels it caused some mild pain in my testes (urologist said its just a mild condition though since I stopped kegelling when the pain started so it's all fine down there!)

Is there any other way I can try to cure my PE? During my first streak, I was able to go 20-30 days without a wet dream on average. I don't know why now, in my longest streak ever (10 months), I get wet dreams 3-4 times per week. I'm trying to find a solution as it is destroying my life, it's just too much and I've put too much effort into finding news way to fight it and I just can't find a solution anymore.

So yeah, besides kegeling, is there any other way to stop PE?
