Swollen penis after masturbation

    Hey all, hope this is in the right subforum.

    Anyways, I've done the whole 90 day thing, and I'm pretty good now. As of lately I only maaturbate bi-weekly, not because I make myself to abstain, I don't have the urges to masturbate that frequently anymore. I do, however, from time to time need to release myself, I can do without it tbh, but it's unnecessary blueballing myself. I try to do it without porn, using imagination most of the time.

    Anyways, I've had this problem for longer than I've actually started nofap. I always had pretty strong hands, and I think it's either my grip or my dermatographia that's causing the penis to swell after masturbation. Do any of you guys experience penis swelling after masturbation? It usually goes away after 18-24 hours.

    Talk to a urologist. He/she will always give a better answer than we can.
    But if I may give my opinion...... if you get normal and healthy erections, then you at least know there is no mechanical or functional problem. You might be using a traumatic grip or way of masturbating that causes the swelling. Not sure though. But if I were you, I'd consult a urologist
