I'm on my 39th day with no PMO and my dick feels dead, I have no energy which is unusual because I usually workout and have had so much energy since I started Nofap and I feel no motivation. To those who have experienced this before, how long does it last, what can I expect and basically any other advice will be welcome.

Mine lasted about a week. It was a bad week, but I climbed a mountain at the end of that week and kinda forgot about the whole flatline. I was fine after.

Don't resist it. It'll pass, and it's actually your friend.

The reproductive system for men is extremely powerful, and for years we overstimulated in a wired it up to very explicit imagery. It needs time to recover.

The resistance you feel is also psychological. Your attitude towards sex will change if you keep it up. Up until nofap, it has an oddly central role in your life. After, you'll learn that that's nonsense and that there is more to life.

Just keep going. It gets better, even if it lasts months. But be sure you treat yourself very well! Eat whatever you want, play videogames, make your life fun. Get your dopamine elsewhere.

The flatline will last based on the following factors.

Amount of years you used PMO
    How often did you PMO
The raunchiness of the content you consumed
    Your age
    Your testosterone levels

Working out, eating right, sleeping right, and taking cold showers help.
