Congrats. You did it... I wish i could make it to 30 days, now i just try to get through each day. Just want to tell you that in my country they think leg hair and chest hair are not good looking, and i have them ( not so much, just visible). Your post save me from the thought that i am not good looking. Thank you

I'm on day 23 now, already noticed the following:
1. Cleaner face, especially on my forehead and nose
2. More confidence (might be cos I don't feel condemned half the time)
3. Less brain fog - I have had a few great ideas lately.
4. Few women that smiled at me where they would usually almost avoid me while I stared at them. Now I'm the one ignoring them.
5. My beard usually takes weeks to grow half an inch. Feels quicker, but I might be wrong.

The irony is that this is how you are supposed to live and how your body should function. We think it's super but it's just normal for nofappers...

Nope, I have experienced this already. I've worked in a particular place for 2 years, no interest ever expressed. 20 or so days into reboot (I had 12 days, then MOed, and now at 18 days) the HOTTEST girl in the airport asked me to coffee... We are supposed to go out Saturday.

 

I had 4 wet dreams in this 33 days so far, is that ok, part of healing process or something? And did you have any?
