About girls attraction

Hello everyone
I was thinking about attraction..and I came up with a conclusion:
Girls were actually looking at me the whole time..but I was blind,Drown in a world that is far away from reality..I didn't notice, and when I noticed I didn't believe that It's true attraction, I was dealing with myself like I didn't deserve attention..because I had a bad self image
Porn makes you miserable without you really admitting that..you get lost in your thoughts away from the real world
You like girls..but you just can't believe that they care about you, you don't trust their attention, and you act like that, and that's why you feel like a ghost, and that's why you go back to porn and feel comfortable when you think about girls in a materialistic way, so you don't feel anything towards them..it's a neverending cycle
The only way to break free is to Work on yourself and achieve the things you set yourself to do, to be proud and confident and in allign with nature and your true self
One important thing: don't hide under a mask..the more you hide your true self from the world the more you feel social anxiety
I think social anxiety comes from your inner fear that someone would break into your mind and see what's inside..you're in a constant fear becuase of the shame you feel, you don't want anyone to be so close to you..you want that but you don't in the same time and that's a reason why you may feel stock with loneliness
It's like when you give someone your phone and your hiding some porn..you are just way too scared and nervous even though you know that they won't find it..it's the same with you
Don't hide anything..and the only one to not hide is to get rid off the things that's making you feel like shit

Exactly! That's why they always say that change comes from within..our experiences are a reflection of ourselves
I posted this to spot the light on the psychological side of attractionI because I think it's the real game changer and some guys don't think about it enough
The boost in our energy and dopamine isn't enough if we're still stock with that mentality and our bad self image and it's the main reason for relapsing
