    "Train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose."

    I particularly like this lesson from Yoda. The fear of loss is a hard life lesson to learn. But as all Jedi know, fear is the path to the Dark Side...

    My favourite Yoda quote in regards to combating porn and just life in general is from when he tells Luke to lift the X-Wing up out of the swamp on Dagobah. Luke complains that it is one thing to lift rocks, but this is "completely different". Yoda impatiently stamps his walking stick on the ground and says, "No! No different! Only different in your mind."

    It isn't as much quoted as some of his others because it doesn't really make sense outside of context, but I just love Frank Oz' delivery of the line. It has kicked me out of "excuses mode" many a time.

    "Mind what you have learned. Save you it can."

    Yoda said so many great things. Seems silly that a fictional alien in a sci-fi film is right up there with the Dalai Lama, et. al., for insightful thoughts, but he is.

    The one that always pops into my mind is "No! Try not! Do or do not, there is no try." Applicable in so many situations. I always trot it out when my kids say "Ok, I'll try..." ;)

    @Marcus Aurelius Yes, Tried make 1 day break and I failed. But it's quiet healthy addiction. :) When I was on holiday trip in forest I can't sleep and went to next big town to buy a board... Now I have one board "take-away".

    Anyway, 8day of being padawan
