    Hello,

Whenever I lay in bed watching Youtube on my iPad, the same night I have a pornographic dream (as in my PMO days I used to do this with PornTubes).

Obviously the brain is linking the behavior with the outcome (dream), but what does this tells us? i.e - Does every time this happens, mean your progress is is impeded? Should I avoid this behaviour? etc.

  2. No your progress is not impeded. But if that seemingly keeps happening maybe you should stop to see if the dreams stop too

  3. Try something different when you go to bed, read a book? See if the pattern changes.

Yes, it certainly does change. Me watching YT in bed on my iPad is the exception rather than the norm.

Sometimes you just want to do 'lazy stuff' during your leisure time.

  5. It is a trigger for you probably, you do not even notice with your consciousmind but you already triggered. If I were i would try 1 month without internet and pc, smart phones etc.

  7. when i go on really long streaks say 25 to 30 days I have at least 1 REALLY vivid sex dream. the last one I had was about a month ago and it was me watching P with a bunch of people. and in the dream im thinking to myself "i got to get out of hear" i feel like i was relapsing as if i was actually watching P in reality cuz it felt so real. but I do believe this is the brains response to us letting go of our addiction and not going back to it.

  8. Seriously, if this is making an impact on you, than you could discipline yourself to not watch youtube when you are in bed. Read a book instead. I have a friend who does strictly nothing in his bed except sleeping. He is not working, eating going online in his bed. And his body is conditioned to sleep. When he goes to bed, his body knows that it's time to sleep and he falls asleep in not even a minute. I thought about doing just like him, I eventually will.

Thanks for that advice - it makes sense, so i will implement it.

BTW, when I dream, its' also rarely vidid. The dreams actually don't feel good and are a bit vague.
