  2. Thank you for sharing!

@vikingwarrior There are many reasons for hair fall, usually loss of vitamins causes that but many factors play as well. In our case PMO causes hair fall, that due to consumption of zinc our hair becomes weak and starts falling. I believe there is a way to help it recovering or at least stopping its fall.

Today I have started using Mustard Oil, also it is said that coconut oil and Arugula oil are very good for hair strength.

Im going to give you my honest opinion from 4 years of experience. MASTURBATION DOES CAUSE HAIRLOSS. IF YOU WANT TO STAOP HAIRLOSS, YOU HAVE TO STOP MASTURBATING. COMPLETELY.

The earlier in your life you stop masturbating (hope you never start, though) the better chance you have of your stem cells to heal up and reproduce hair.
Masturbation caused A LOT of my thinning, but so did lack of sleep and poor diet.

Just never leave your house, and avoid all reflective surfaces in it. That's what I'm going to do.

    Yeah,

It's like I didn't even read the OP and just went into my own thing.

    Does masturbation affect hairloss?

Because I started and continued wrong with many things I can't unpack exactly what affected what, but I would agree - yes, masturbation can hasten or spur hairloss.

I think it contributed to my maladies - remember my scalp started shedding real early. Like 14 or so when I felt that itchy, shiny scalp.

I don't know where you're at, the UK it's a regular supplement at healthfood shops.

I'm sure it's gotta be on eBay.

Do you take raspberry ketones orally or apply them topically? Also, how old are you? I think if you are young (<21 years old) you can make significant recovery in your hair becomes your stem cells havent shut off yet....

  8. I started balding around 20 or 21. It got so bad that I started shaving my head two years later after I saw a picture of myself with my massively receding hairline. That was 7 years ago, and I've learned to accept my new lack-of-a hairstyle.

Do you try to avoid being seen? I don't know if I will be able to even see myself once I reach the point of shaving my head.

  11. He looks like a cock eyed alien or a circumcised penis. He’s not rocking anything except lopsided eyes. If he wasn’t a billionaire no one would think he was good looking.

BTW I don’t think there’s anything wrong with men who are bald.

  12. Please don’t do that to yourself. o_O

  13. Absolute 100% fact, I'm 19 and my hair looks like im 35 because i was a chronic jerker for 4 years (chronic as in 3-5 hours daily)

it can be reversed. there's not only proof for a link between PMO and hair loss but theres also proof that it can grow back if you lay off the pronz

I'm not one of those. I must cut my hair short due to college and I always end up looking like Nosferatu. I use a cap to shave so I can only see half of my head.

  16. Have there been studies done? Do you have links? How did they find men who’ve never jerked it for the control group? I can now assume that men with full heads of hair don’t jerk it and never have. Good to know.

  18. Don't waste your money. Embrace it. There are worse things that could happen to a man.

  20. let me rephrase mr science man

there's a lot of evidence on forums, online, from people I have encountered (just my experience, could count as bias in your scientific research), and videos that say there's a link between the two.

maybe, now just maybe hang on here, there's an underlying problem with being addicted to porn. maybe it's draining our bodies more than we realize, what with the constant burst of chemicals, not to mention spending hours looking for that fix. I forgot where I read it but ejaculation does deplete some of the body's resources. maybe it speeds up the balding process that's already in our genes. I wouldn't know, I'm not an expert in this field nor do i fully understand brain chemistry, but a lot of chronic porn addicts who are male are experiencing hair thinning/loss, coincidentally while being a downright pmo addict. there's a hair problem and it needs to be fixed. in terms of finding a solution, to me, it's a game of connect the dots and sometimes there isn't a scientific study telling you how to do it. at a young age it can seem scary to start losing hair and this is the only "dot" that seems to make sense to connect, if that makes sense. baldness is only on my father's side but why is it revealing at 19 when all the males in my family and ancestors started balding in their 30s 40s? you should include that in your thesis

and let's just say hypothetically there was a study done on the link between hair loss and pmo. would that be in the interest of a billion dollar porn industry? wouldn't that type of knowledge drive guys away from porn? doesn't seem like that type of knowledge/study would bring in more money for pronhub :/

all I'm saying is that there are a lot of fingers pointing to chronic porn use when it comes to unknown hair loss. sure some guys can jerk for 10 hours a day for years and years and not lose a strand, while some aren't that lucky. humans are different. for those who aren't lucky, we're looking for a solution. and I see videos of people going on a 100-200+ day streak with their hair growing back. I see this on the forums as well. these are actual people and it's there, you just have to look for it. but ah damn it doesn't have that white coat seal of approval with a control and experimental group, discredit an actual person's experience completely I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
