Made it 90 days!

Well today is the day I've made it 90 days. I haven't really seen any positive benefits. I'm going to try to keep going and see how long I can make it. I will say this, today I was going to give up and masturbate but i stopped myself. I went to my favorite website , watched about a minute of a video got an erection but never touched down there. I decided it wasn't worth it and I should keep going. By definition I guess it's a reset but I'm not going to count it just since I had the mental toughness to stop myself.
