I have no sensitivity in my penis what so ever, I have looked online answers it appears Man 1 Man oil is the best remedy. However, nowhere will ship to the UK so I was wondering if there is any other creams equivalent in the UK.

If anyone has any other ways of helping please share

I've used Man 1 Man oil for some time now, but not consistently. I can't tell if it had any effect because i didn't use it as often as I should have and because only a few months passed since i completely stopped masturbating. Judging by the ingredients it should help with sensitivity. I expect good results 6 months from now.

There has to be some shipping option in the Uk if i had it shipped to Romania. You should contact them to ask directly.

I've been looking into this too (I'm also in the UK). One article I read in relation to guys suffering the effect of "death hand" suggested a simple moisturiser suitable for sensitive skin would help. They suggested Cetaphil.

I'm not clear on whether the Man 1 Man Oil has other ingredients in it that - beyond just moisturising - also help increase sensitivity?

On the basis that the main issue with my reduced sensitivity is probably to do with skin hardening as a result of years of too much and too aggressive masturbation, I'm going to try the Cetaphil (along with my no PM 90-day challenge) and see how that goes.

Cool, glad to hear it seems to help. I actually ended up going for shea butter and coconut oil in the end. Both 100% organic - it felt like a safe option for use on such a sensitive area!

It's only been 2 full days, but already it's made the skin feel a lot softer and somehow just 'healthier'. And I think it's already more sensitive too - I'm doing no PM, but just when I'm washing it in the shower or applying the butter/oil (I mix them together) I register the touch of my hand a lot more than previously. Happy to keep posting about how it goes, if it's at all helpful.

By all means let me know how it goes

  8. Buy shea butter. It is MUCH cheaper and AT LEAST as effective as the overpriced - marketing focused Man 1 Man cream.

Shea butter has strong antioxydant and skin repair benefits contains vitamins A, E and F. It also has anti microbial and anti-itch properties. It's 100% natural and even edible.

Check out 100% organic unrefined shea butter from Naissance (UK retailer) on Amazon.

Not as easy to apply as Man 1 Man oil but damn when you look at the price difference you will never regret it. You can also make your own lotion by melting shea butter with cocoa butter or coconut oil and more.

Edit: I used Man 1 Man oil, coconut oil, shea butter, vitamin E oil and cocoa butter, so I speak from experience.

  9. That sounds pretty rad. Can you share the facts sheet with us? MAY ONLY CONCERN is if they added chemicals and scents into it (most likely) and that it is probably REFINED shea butter which thus has lost a lot of its properties.

Good choices. Did you tey to make your own lotion mixing both? I never tried but I'm thinking about mixing both to make a somehwat liquid mix.

    No fragrance ..
But yea probably refined shea butter. I am hoping stopping abusing my dick multiple times a day will heal it the most...just using the cephil to maybe help it alomg

  12. It should help. In my case death grip hs caused even worst problems. It looks like it changed the shape of my dick and I don't know how to fix it.

Sure, I'll post back here in a while then. As yet, no further change, the same overall noticeable improvement in the health of the skin. It's a lot softer and more supple. Pulling the foreskin back over the head feels a lot easier and more comfortable than when the skin was drier and tighter.

I just take a bit of the shea butter and the coconut oil and rub them together in the palms of my hands before applying. I'm sure you could just pre-mix it too and keep it in a clean jar or something. You might have to warm it a bit by putting the jar in a bowl of warm water. That would make both ingredients melt a bit and make it easier to mix (the way I'm doing it, the heat of my hands melts both ingredients).
