I knew this because it sucked my ability to play the game I loved. I lost my fight, I lost my energy, and my willpower. It became increasingly difficult over the years to play at a higher level because I kept sucking my energy out of me through the act of PMO. I changed that because I had nothing left to do except change it, and it made my life do a 360. I went out and played against the nation's best and I had success merely being 30 days into it. I could no longer throw a strike or compete for more than an inning and this is what changed it. Things just started going my way again and I found life once again. I got lucky more often, and it paved the way to success. My work is much more meaningful if its in the gym or even the classroom. Gentleman, we are a rare breed who choose to embark on this journey and it is a difficult one for sure, but it is 100x over worth it. Life comes for you and by doing this you can see it.
