Replacement for Urges

  1. Hi guys, relatively new here, but I've seen some stuff on the forums suggesting finding a replacement for PMO/urges/dog-in-heat-mode. When you get the feeling of needing to PMO (or whatever addiction it is) what do you people do?
    Kinda stumped for ideas, usually I go for a run, but it doesn't always work out for me.
    Excited to here what the community has to say.
     
  2. Go for a walk/hike. Listen to music with lyrics that inspire me. Puzzles. Call a friend. Build something. Paint something. Anything to park my attention somewhere else....someplace healthy.

    If answer for that question was simple , we wouldn't be here .

The answer is very simple, ditch all sources of the internet, i was on a 120 days streak and i got rid of my internet all together, you know what happened when i got my laptop back?, i relapsed, dont introduce the drug back into your life after you get rid of it, and dont bring the tools needed for it back either.
