    Messed up thoughts are really dangerous , it depends on surrounding also.
    Try changing surrounding.

    Best way to cultivate some productive habits.

    Depends on what you are talking about, if it is thoughts like killing, rape, thinking of doing something awful, you will never lose these thoughts, its part of what makes you human whether you want such thoughts or not, porn thoughts however will fade in time the longer you abstain, my last streak was 120 days ish, the thoughts did die down a ton, but they will never leave you completely.

    In my own person opinion your "dirty" thoughts never go away. You only learn how to live with em.
