Today I was told by my drug addiction counselor to lower the amount of P. Like only watching the same movie for months. Or to otherwise M to my imagination.

I think I've had enough of talking about this for awhile. I'll take both their advice by starting to take action and just go meet people instead. Slowly begin a healthy rewire process as planned.
