    No.
And you are probably not a sociopath.
I looked at your recent posts and (without knowing your whole situation) you make an impression of a person who is intensely trying to find out what is wrong with him.
That, inevitably, will drive you mad. The more you look for "what's wrong with me", the more you'll find.
I know what will help you, for sure, but I don't know if I'm capable of explaining it properly, nor that you are ready to actually hear and understand what I have to suggest.
    I'll try nonetheless.
You must start accepting whatever is happening in the moment. If your mind is "talking to itself", let it. Let it talk.
    Let it.
If you cannot let it talk to itself, let yourself be one who does not let his mind talk to itself. Let it be what it is.
If you cannot let yourself be not letting yourself have your mind talk, then LET yourself not let yourself.
And so on, and so forth. It's like a Russian doll - get somewhere along the line, where you are willing for whatever is happening happen to you. If you are not willing, get willing to not be willing.
I realize that grammatically what I wrote above sounds insane, but do you see what I mean? If no, tell me, I'll try to rephrase.
You will either relax and give up on looking for something you "should" be doing to fix yourself now, or after you completely exhaust yourself and. In either case it's ok and you'll recover, but it's better you let yourself just be, in ANY condition, exactly the way you are, right now.
Do not wait. Inhale. Look at your hands. Look at your palms. Breathe in and out.
You are here. Here and now.
Let yourself just be for a moment. Then hear what your thoughts are saying. Like a movie, and you might like some of them. Just observe that conversation. Let it.
You are not crazy. Crazy people usually don't suspect that they are crazy, and you do.
But if you are as crazy, as you think, LET it be. Let now be exactly as it is, now.
You will eventually notice, that here and now, all is usually okay. It's your projections into the future or over-analyzing the past that worry you. But you will never live in "tomorrow", it's only now.
If you torture yourself Now in order to feel okay Later, you are wasting the only time your life ever actually happens. Now.

  3. Psychopathic and sociopathic tendencies are not related to porn. Much of the opinions on the supposed connection between the two originated in 1989, when convicted serial killer Ted Bundy told an interviewer that he was corrupted by exposure to pornography as a child, and that he was a normal guy in every other area of his life and that porn caused him to become a serial killer. Excerpts from the interview are often posted on antiporn websites.

The facts: Ted Bundy was a psychopath and exhibited this behavior his whole life. He was known for being a thief in his early years, and continued this behavior well into adulthood. He was also a liar. He lied to everyone and he thought that he was invisible. He didn't start confessing to authorities until shortly before his execution. Even then, he used deflection and often gave statements in the third person. A day before his execution, he was interviewed by a pastor and put the blame on pornography and self righteously claimed that horror films and porn are going to create more killers. Never once did he take responsibility for his actions. It was always deflected towards something else. He never once apologized to the families of his victims, and he ultimately admitted that he did it because he liked it.

Pornography in the 1950's was very hard to find. Extreme pornography didn't exist, and none of his statements were ever corroborated. It's likely that he granted the interview with this pastor as a last ditch effort to manipulate and present himself as being a victim.

    Simple answer is no.
It causes depression, anxiety and bad views on sex. You may be angry or want to be alone, but porn has never drove anyone to be psychotic.

Addiction and those disorders are not the same and one does not cause the other. Some of the behaviors are the same though. Impulsiveness, compulsive behavior, anti-social behavior, manipulation, risk-taking behaviors, irritability, and lack of empathy for others. Being the SO of a PA, I can say that some of their behaviors have mirrored those of a sociopath. Get PMO under control and don’t worry. It turns people into something they are not, but not sociopaths or psychopaths.

Depression, anxiety etc yes indeed. Plus- your solo all the time...or at least most are. Porn nowadays is very calculated to get a social and subcon reaction. Due to analytics its very precise. If youll notice it mirrors all current social commentary. Race, religon, whatever. Your brain picks up on the stereotypes or groupings and melds them w/ your inferrence. Hence things like interacial being the number one fetish online and highest paying studio scene for actors. Others counteracting that are debasing niches- gb,bukkake etc. They all work together along w/ color programming and NLP(which is technically a form of physch warfare) While they may be your thing most are unaware the industry works hand in glove w/ mainstream media to accent the commentary an illicit a response... and makes more money than one top hit Disney could make...its tech not so much porn anymore and its programming you while you synthsize feeling good to it even worse. You become your own Pavlov. That my friend will not cause you to go all Ted Bundy but it will create angst, etc.at the rest of the world or any exposure time away from it and feeling good(like a drug) Thats a bit of what they want many feel sadly. Not good overall for any society. At our base were very social and are not violent all out. Porn mostly is enjoyed private. I dont know what happened to just two people having consentual sex anymore. ...its like the industry wanted to create negative stereotypes and images and sub thoughts?? Im not a porn hater, just new day porn has almost no use for me at all anymore. Even if watching its a group thing- no pun- beware. One thing to watch out for though in general has historically been true-
Where theres money like that made there will be power.
Where theres power there will be sex.
An where theres all those three together theres sometimes blood. It seems todays porn is almost snuff. Its way over the top. So ridiculous. So- unplug.
Also- the comment about extreme porn in the 50s saying that didnt exsist Id say ask any detective or read. Sex is as old as time. Do not think of things in terms of a nation or local or time, the super wealthy are super sick. Have been for centuries. Its how they retain power and excercise it.The only difference now is social media has amplified it and compressed the time exposure making it more potent.

  7. I think it can to an extent. If you are watching violent and aggressive porn everyday, its going to effect you mentally over the long term and could eventually lead to psychotic thoughts/behavior.

My own experience is yes. It has made me into a psychopath to some extent.
Since PMO I basically only have 5 emotions:

    - Angry
    - Afraid
    - Apathetic
    - Guilt
    - Horny

After 22 years of PMO.. I don't really know what true happiness looks like.. I wouldn't if it'd kick me in the face.

One of my best friends died several years ago, he committed suicide and was a PMO addict himself... and that same day I had a PMO binge session. I felt nothing on the funeral. And I'm still waiting for all of that trauma to kick in.

The GOOD NEWS: By stopping the activity of flooding your dopamine levels every day a healing process will begin. That will take anywhere from 2-12 months, depending on your level of addiction and how long you've engaged in PMO.
