Relapsed. Again day 0. But had a streak of nearly 7 days before. Get up again after each fall is the most important thing

 

4 days in. Contiuing to work on buiding habits to keep me out of the PMO situations

It seems like i had stated this yesterday only.. And today is the 2nd last day of this challenge...

7/7 thanks for all the encouragement ! I made it and this is just the beginning for me. Stay strong everyone! I'll see you in the next challenge.

 

Day 5 yesterday I relapsed.. I feel terrible mentally and physically.. But I wil just consider this as setback and start again.. I need to do this and complete 7 Days..!!!

Porn addiction is such a terrible situation. Some people don't even know they are suffering from it and those who know this is a disease (like me) struggles to control it. The reason being easy access of porn in your mobile, tablet and any portable form of computer. Unrestricted and free!!! The only way to be free from this addiction is by self control and discpline which are hard traits to develop.

This addiction may be different from other addiction like alcoholism where the source is physical (although this also depends on self abstaining) you can may be cut the supply. But in case of porn addiction the source is in your head. The images that you have seen over the years keep repeating itself in your head and the retrival through internet via your phone is so easy. Its a vicious cycle..

While nofap community is great online community to have where you can share your thoughts and feelings. It would have been also good if nofap chapters were present in local areas.

Just felt to write this here.. Dnt know why.. Your thoughts and comments will be appreciated and hope we get some new points to discuss as well..
