14 days done, in 13 years I think I’ve done this once before.

The first week was a challenge with many near-failures. But I made it.

Week two was easier but still had its share of temptation. In the past if I saw enough triggers it was pmo time, now those triggers are almost meaningless to me.

I watched a documentary and it featured a little nudity. In all honesty I wanted to see it, I wanted to see more but for some reason that’s all I wanted. I just wanted to see it not do anything else.

I guess that’s the last hump to get over.

In the meantime I’m having to end things with my (sort of) gf. She quickly became an object to me, I had wanted to end things with her earlier but that’s a whole other story. I also met a pretty girl who is exactly the kind of girl I need to be spending time with, it’s almost like a reward for improving my quality of life.

They say it takes 21 days (three weeks) to form a habit. Let’s hope it works backwards and one more clean week will be the beginning of freedom.

You made it seven days, that's the most challenging part.

It will be easier, not easy, but easier from now on. At least it was for me.

Well done, you are correct in thinking that the first week is the hardest. However, complacency is your enemy.
    Stay vigilant
