I hate PMO because..

Because if i start watching, i cannot stop.

 

Because I find porn to be morally questionable and is so prolific as to have a destructive effect on those involved in it and those that consume it.

 

I hate PMO because it affects me mentally and physically. I always feel fatigued, depressed, anxious when on PMO. I look terrible and don't take care of myself. When I avoid PMO, I am way more productive, I am a better version of myself.

 

Because it makes me depressed, anxious, guilt, shame, weak, low self moral, acting weird, getting embarassed in front of friends, relatives and also in public, overall it makes me regret everything

 

I hate PMO, because it throws me into pleasure seeking scheme, where instincts take control of me and i do things i otherwise would not want to do. Also it brings disbalance into my life, however for a student balance is very important, because it is hard to study if you can't control your mind properly. Yeah and it isolates me socially - i have no social cravings after wanking thus postponing my social growth.

 

I hate PMO, because it ruined my life.

 

I hate pmo because I lost time that won't come back

 

I hate porn because I want a better life all around. I did have a few urges today masturbating. I wanted to look so bad but I didn't. I'm proud of myself!

It's gonna be a daily fight. The domino effect of damnation will not consume my life in the name of Jesus! I rebuke you devil.

When I look at porn just imagine Cancer growing getting sucked into a black hole. Thats how bad it is

 

Because it took me everything that i had and that i loved it ruined my life
Because it detroyed me financially ,emotionally and physically
Because i could have lived beautiful moments with great persons and it destroyed everything
The passing time never come back and its very sad
But i didn't say my last word concerning this addiction i didnt say my last word

 

because I need to be on meds now

 

I hate PMO because it has nearly wrecked everything that I truly love. If I keep on then I will lose everything, you do not realise what you have until it is gone. I now have to take heavy medication just to make it through a day and I'm talking Lithium. PMO ain't worth this shit.

I hate PMO because it cost me my first marriage, it was my mistresses that ruined the connection And intimacy of my first marriage.

I hate PMO, it cost me a great person, it hurt her even tho she never found out that it was my PMO addiction that destroyed us.

 

Because it distorted my soul looking upon humans as just fap fuel.

 

The shame and guilt is destroying my life. Makes me even more depressed than I already am. I don’t enjoy doing things or listen to music when I’m on the P. Drains me emotionally and physically. Gives me brain fog and a horrible memory. Destroys my motivation.
