    This is hell, I cant even watch ESPN or a news channel because if I see a female anchor, she's wearing a short dress, heels or seated with her legs crossed.

    I watched NFL Live today and subsequently spent the next four hours masturbating.

    It's not the first time it's happened for me.

    One day last year, I was watching some program on ESPN and here is a strategically placed Blonde with a short skirt and heels on and I started sweating.. I end up calling up a "provider" and paid her $2000 to wear a micro mini and heels

    Yeah, they put it for a reason there ...Know what triggers you, and avoid it at all costs. Otherwise you'll just keep torturing yourself and keep on relapsing, even if it means cutting down TV completely and other outlets where you can see erotic material.

    I've cleared my computer of porn.

    I've made efforts to avoid anything from the mainstream that has excessive and pointless nudity

    But because modern day porn is so hell bent on replicating real life... seeing a woman in normal corporate attire becomes triggering because that's how the average porn star dresses in the videos.

    And I know that these sports shows and news programs will put typically young or even attractive middle age women front and center with short skirts and high heels on to grab male attention, I hadn't masturbated in about 5 days and all of a sudden I'm watching some Blonde on ESPN talk about the Pittsburgh Steelers and I'm visualizing her opening her legs revealing her body and I felt like I had no control over it.
