    Hi NoFap community!

I'm 47 days into my reboot and overall feeling strong. Over the past week or so, this one porn video keeps popping into my head - it's filled with aggressive, r*pe-like scenes between a guy and girl. It's really the epitome of why I want to stop watching porn. It presents sex not as love, but as harassment and pain.

I feel images of most other videos and pornstars are fading away from my memory, which is incredible, however this one is fading a bit slower.

Whenever this video happens to pop into my head, I immediately get hard but obviously don't act on it.

    Question for y'all:

When a specific image or video pops into your head that causes a certain reaction, how do you react?

For anyone in a similar situation, about how long does it take before this one video fades fast like other videos?

Good luck everyone. I believe in you.

Take it one day at a time,

The more you try to supress your thought the harder it will be to unthinking about it (I don't know if my english is good). You need to accepte them but instead of giving them attention thinking about other positives stuff. You are on day 47 com on man don't stop right now please. Be successful and you get a beautiful women that love you.

I find this very interesting because I was in a similar position (but different) with the flashes but they are 90% gone after 5 days of proper deep-work (introspection + meditation ).

I had a lot, a lot of cuckold thoughts for the past 5 years.

I feel 90% healed just by doing the things mentioned above in 5 days.

    1) Start watching hypnosis on youtube for porn-free addiction. There is a video with the name "Quit Pornography Addiction Forever with Hypnosis, NLP and Alpha Wave Binaural Beats" that I highly recommend.
Using this video I managed to switch my brain A LOT and change my perception (it all starts with perception)

    2) Try to improve your awareness level by practising meditation. Don't be fooled by the people saying it's "hard". It's actually not. I used to think it was impossible, but it's actually empowering and gives you peace of mind. What you want to do is close your eyes and make your attention go 100% on breathing. Focus on breathing. When you think about something (anything) just observe it and let it go, don't fight it. Bring your attention back to meditation.

    3) "Just be" exercise:

It's been said that the root cause of all addictions is the same in all addictions.
Addicts don't feel comfortable with feeling/being empty on the inside so they seek external stimulation.
Any type of external stimulation that messes up with your reward system can cause an addiction in time.

Someone I follow on YouTube suggested a very powerful exercise on how to cure the ROOT cause of all addictions, I call it the "Just be" exercise.

Here is what you have to do:

    1) Turn off all distractions from your room. (shut down PC/laptop/phone etc)
    2) Tell the people who you live with (such as your girlfriend/wife) to not bother you.
    3) Tell them to start a timer on Google when you say "GO" and stop it when you come back to them
    4) Say GO to your GF/wife and close the door to your room (so you are now alone)
    5) Sit in the middle of the room and do nothing for as much time as possible.

I mean it, do nothing. Don't think, don't do nothing. Just try to be. Try to feel alive.
Feel your body, feel your skin, feel your eyes, feel everything. Be aware of everything.
I tried to do this for 3 hours but I only managed to do it for 48 minutes in my first session (I plan on doing it again)

This was a huge fucking deal for me because it improved my AWARNESS a lot.

When you increase the awareness level, you become aware of when you think about the wrong things and don't let them dictate your actions.

If you feel you can't just "be" do another form of exercise by asking yourself "WHY".
Whenever you find yourself thinking about porn or something induced by porn or any type of addiction, ask yourself WHY. Go to the root cause of that and change your perception about the topic.

    4) Practice cold therapy.

I know it's getting cold as October is close, but try to do cold baths.
I suggest cold baths and not cold showers because it's easier.
When you do a cold shower, you need a lot of willpower, but when you do a cold bath, it's as simple as thinking you are going into the ocean and the water is cold. You adapt.
Once you dive into the water, bring your awareness to your breathing and regulate your breathing. Breath slow. If you do this exactly how I suggested, you will stop feeling "cold" after just 5 seconds. You don't need minutes to adapt to the new change, you only need a few seconds because you control how your body reacts to the environment by focusing on your breathing.

I hope this helps men, keep going on the days.

CONGRATS! RESPECT! YOU DESERVE A BETTER LIFE!

PS: I FUCKING LOVE YOUR AVATAR.
