The observation of Ekadashi is very beneficial to those on the spiritual path. After fasting on the day I feel accomplished and happy on the next day. They provide a way to get you out of the quicksand of material life or contamination. I feel that my spiritual practice and diligence has been greatly effected by this day which occurs twice a month. God is infinite in goodness.
