4/100 Tough day, ;o Still managed to survive

 

Day 2 check in - something that has helped me survive the first two days...not taking my phone with me to the bathroom.

Check in day 10 double digits feels good, still feeling exhausted and emotions are high but if I stay on this path it can only lead to good things, staying vigilant today! One day at a time we can do this everybody keep going ❤️

Check in day 11,this is by far the hardest time in my life but I have to be vigilant and stay the course I'm already feeling the brain fog reduce, but my emotions are up and down all the time! Each day we get better, keep going everybody ❤️
