    Holy shit guys I'm actually growing hair on the side of my face, only 10 days in. Maybe a month total on NoFap. I had maybe one hair on each side but now there's about 7-10 dark hairs on each cheek, it's crazy. Actually had to shave it the other day. Wonder what 10 more days will look like... or 90!

    That’s neat I’ve never been able to grow a beard maybe now is the time. Stay strong my brothers. You should search the brick house episodes on YouTube ! Look up brick house NoFap they are very appropriate and is very neat

    They could have been there from earlier and I just didn't notice them, but I check my face regularly for zits and stuff and I never saw those hairs before. But fuck it, placebo or whatever, NoFap is great!

    I would assume the raise in testosterone would lead to increase in hair growth. Doesn’t sound too far fetched

    I've noticed that on a streak I grow more arm and chest hair. Hoping for my beard to start filling in properly, I have some empty patches
