    YES YES these are wise words....we do get stronger with every temptation we overcome. I have got so far then relapsed into using porn but I have started again and each time I am feeling stronger and like I can beat these addiction that does not serve me at all! I feel SO much more free without porn in my life!

    Its like a dream to me. From 2014 i started nofap, my formula was avoid PM for 1 week break, 2 week break, -----1 month break, 2 month break..... And one day i will be able to 12 month break from PM. But my formula failed again and again. Because i felt lonely in my journey and lost motivation.. The most long break i had taken was 2 month 20 days in 2018. But then starte again those drug addiction life. Finally i found an awesome community, now i don't feel lonely. I am starting my journe,, on my 16th day. I will cross 365 days. Wish me good luck frien.
