  2. Which do you want more? The orgasm or the success? I have a feeling you already know the answer.

  3. You learned how to save money when you were a child. You save it because then you will be richer when you are older. It is the same with sperm.

    That’s very good. Keep going! If you control your mind you can control your body. :)

  7. Read about P addiction, P recovery testimonies from people in the Success Stories section, participate in discussions in the Reboot subsection. Read the whole yourbrainonporn.com website. Just read as much as you can.

    Install P blockers. Install Ever Accountable and confess your sins to a friend and ask them to become your accountability partner (they will be able to see your entire history and Internet activity).

    If urges are hitting you, go outside, go for a run, do squats, do pushups, take a cold shower. In the beginning, try to stay as little time alone as you can. On saturdays and sundays, I usually spend 4 or 5 hours at the coffee shop and then I go 3 hours to the gym to avoid being at home.

  8. Take cold showers every day. Go to gym. Exercise regularly. Go wash and clean car if you have one. Hit panic button. Daily meditation. Maybe take 2 cold showers every day. Whatever it takes. Take it one day at a time.

    I have tried and failed many times.

    What has helped me on my current streak is chi-gong (breathing and visualization). Even at day 97 I am getting strong urges.

    This is the exercise I do:
    When you feel strong urges or emotional distress:
    1. observe and acknowledge it and where it is appearing in the body, visualize it as energy;
    2. take a deep breath and visualize drawing that energy up over head;
    3. with the exhale imagine burning it in fire and transmuting it into clean, pure energy that can be used for other things.

    Keep doing this over and over again, and it will become a habit.

    It works for me because it constantly reinforces my intention, and gives my mind something to do with the sensations that helps me feel in control, and the deep breathing is also super helpful. Note: It has come in really handy in moments of desperation, when I'm weak and not thinking straight, it's so simple and easy to remember, just breathe.

    Good luck my friend!

    Hello my friend,
    First of all congratulations that you have made it so far. Don’t think so much about the 100 days. Think from day to day. We have a very strong addiction. This means we have to suffer. There is a quote which I really like: You can suffer because of self discipline oder because of relapse. What do you think is better? Try not to concentrate on your urges. Do something with your energy. What really helps me is to work out or when I have suddenly strong urges I listen to very loud techno music. Of course with headphones. So I can confuse my thoughts. What also helps me to get connected with real persons. Go out meet a friend or call someone. The longer you are staying away from pmo the lesser the urges will get. I am proud of you. Stay strong.

    What absolutely worked for me was that I avoided staying alone. Whenever I had these urges, I'd talk with someone or go in public. Remember! These 20-30 days is all struggle is about. Once you have avoided for this duration, these urges will go away and you will become productive and healthier.

    Hello my friend, don’t be so hard to yourself. You didn’t kill someone. Relapse is part of the process. Try to learn from it and get back on track. Don’t binge. I like this quote from Michael Jordan: I can accept failure because everyone fails sometimes but I can not accept not trying it again. Please don’t focus on 100 days. Take day by day. I have failed so many times but I don’t give up. The fight is worth it. I think it is very good that you are looking for help in this community. We all have been there so many times. I wish you the best.
