    Hi, guys, I'm a Chinese living in Hong Kong. I decide to start 90 days NoFap because my work needs a lot of energy and the spirit conventration.

    I have not fapped since the Monday of the last week, and that was 26 Sep. I wish that I could sustain this status as long as possible until the aim achieved.
