Check in day 15 , feeling a little bit better this morning, still going through the emotions, determined to keep going, staying vigilant even on my good days, keep going everybody!

Day 3: Today I’m going to be looking for those moments where I feel the urge and making note of triggers so I know better how to stay on the mission. Cheers

But again start frm day 0 this time i definitely reach god of war..

day 18

 

I was walking towards a Starbucks and I saw this man with a strong posture. Chest up shoulders back. Not a tough guy looking for trouble stance, more like a I’m comfortable and I’m not slumped stance. I thought that’s the kind of posture I want. Strong. Confident. All these thoughts happened in the half second before I realized it was my reflection. I didn’t recognize myself at first. Maybe it’s because I’m changing. Looking forward to moving up the Spartan ranks. Carry on

 

Check in day 8. Looking forward to a weekend in the wilderness with no internet or cell phone service. No P there.
