How do you differentiate between chronical major depression symptoms and PAWS? I can't. I know I've had a depression/anxiety to begin with. PMO helped me elevate these symptoms. I removed PMO from life and what I'm left with? Dopamine deficiency because binge PMO FU my brains on top of underlying depression and crippling anxiety. How can you not feel like shit. It's to be expected. I'd say I got rid of dopamine deficiency part caused by 2 decades of PMOing but I still suffer from depression. Can I call it PAWS? Sure, but it really isn't PAWS anymore, is it?

  2. The insomnia you talking about I went through it last year as well. But I was still functional and went to work even though i was still suffering from withdrawals. I was still pmoing each 60 days when I was stressed. After 15 days following by a relapse, my mind went blank. I have lost all abilities and cognitive skills to be operational. Right now I still having shakes and tremors, Head Tingling Sensation and Pressure, burning skin and brain fog. 8 months in the beginning, I was unable to even take a walk without having feeling being pushed around. I couldn't tolerate sun light. I had panick twice when driving as I felt the car was going backward when I'm driving forward. Do I make progress? yes! Cause I have some days where I regain my cognitive function and there are other I lose it again and again.

  3. You thought it was keeping you dry, but you were holding a wrecked umbrella. As the rain soaked you, you gripped more tightly on that worthless object.. (the umbrella, not your.. oh nevermind)

I'm not! I've clearly put on weight not connected to diet. Even others have made a comment about my weight gain (as it's unusual for me to look 'out of shape').

Jesus man, this are some really FU problems you're having. Have you visited neurologist? It's hard to believe that all of these problems could originate from PMO addiction.

This is the reality of my soul, unfortunately. 20 odds years of adult life alone has made me sad deep down - not much I can do that.

But despite this, I'm still productive in my life (gym, studies, saving money, etc).

I don't think of being depressed and out in my day to day life, this is simply my deeper state when in places like this forum - as unfortunately the deeper state is the 'truer' reflection of you (and why should I repress it).

  8. I have not....

  9. I've been gone a while.

I don't believe in this multiple years of paws that we have to serve as penance in order to get better. I abandoned this belief months ago.

Yes porn is bad and yes it will fuck up your neurotransmitters when done to the extreme for years, but just like any other addiction everything is resolved in 3 to 6 months of abstinence, maybe a year tops but I don't even believe that really, I'm just saying I guess a year is possible.

Many of us have depression and anxiety issues even before porn use, then we get ED and it's a perfect storm for years of a self fulfilling prophecy of reinforcing beliefs about being broken and PAWS etc.

I've seen a few cases of paws and ED being completely resolved with a low dose antidepressant, as well as a recent case of pelvic floor related ED being solved with a low dose antidepressant.

I don't personally want to go down the antidepressant route but I feel like I'm in such a hole and probably have been since I was 13 that I just can't get myself out of it alone, I'm 30 next year, if by then I've made no progress I will probably try it but not just for porn or ED issues, I've got way more going on that just that stuff and I want some normality in my life.

I should further state thst everything I've wrote is just my opinion, I could be wrong and don't want a heated argument with anyone who disagrees.

  10. Are you saying people who took 18 to 24 months to be functional again are lying?
Anxiety is piece of cake compared to a severe detoxification.Just search the word "PAWS" and see for yourself. Just the other day i looked up benzo symptoms and saw people suffering from it. And you compare those benzo symptoms to heavy withdraw from pmo even though I think benzo symptoms are worse.

  11. I know perfectly well what paws is, I was addicted to several drugs at once in my younger years.

Can you link me some of these 18 months to 2 year recovery stories? Im not being sarcastic or trying to trip you up as I have only ever genuinely found two. And when I say recovery stories I'm talking genuine full recovery of sex life and flatline symptoms.

My argument is people felt shit before pmo or ED issues, there has to come a point where you have to start questioning things, a 2 or 3 year reboot with minimal changes is ridiculous.

  12. Chances are those people who took all these times in PAWS were kindling which extend the recovery further. For longer rebooters, search the word "paws" on Google and read the comments on the thread.

  13. I don't want to see paws casses that are unrelated to porn addiction. I want to see cases of people that went on nofap and recovered after 18 months to 2 years.

Like I said dude, I can literally only find 2 genuine supposed cases of recovery that took between 18 months and 2 years, can you link me any others?

In fact now I can only find one, it's the famous 2 year one on reddit that everyone links, I do remember there being another one though, I just can't find it anymore.

Few things do not make sense here.

You train once per week and it's only legs?

This could explain your increase in butt and leg area.

Secondly in men higher estrogen levels mean more specifically belly fat. If you are losing belly fat this means your testosterone levels are probably getting higher.

You could also add so many excercises to train 5 times per week without involving your shoulder. Running cycling skipping core workouts etc so so many things to do. Training once per week is really not enough.

I also disagree that high protein diet is bad for you it really depends on your lifestyle.

People that work out with intensity and volume need a lot of protein and fats to prevent catabolic state, maintain muscle mass an grow it.

High protein diets are also very good for high testosterone levels look it up.

That being said you should not eat tuna often 200 grams per week max it's LOADED with mercury.

Chicken is packed with estrogen if it's not free range.

Is your whey pure isolate or is it packed with carbs? If it's got a high carb content drop it you don't need it unless you training to put on size and since you training once per week it's really not necessary.

Also stress and depression are a major testosterone killer. Would really recommend seeing someone about that as well.

  16. I really hate to keep pushing you on this and I'm not trying to be a dick and catch you out but do you have any 18 month to 2 year paws complete recovery stories that you can link me.

  17. Search on Google and you will see people with 1 year+ in reboot.

  18. I myself have previously done a 1 year reboot or 1 year clean anyway, i'm not asking for examples of people who are currently in "long reeboots" there's enough of them on here.

I'm asking for examples of people that were on nofap and reebooting for 18 months to 2 years that eventually made a complete full recovery, meaning full recovery of sex life and a recovery of "paws" symptoms"

I cannot find any of these one year plus reeboot recovery stories.

  19. Can you let me know the two name you said you saw reached 18 to 24 mo?

  20. I can't tell you the 18 month one as I can no longer find it but I used to have it bookmarked on my old phone.

The 2 year one was by a guy on reddit 3 or 4 years ago, quite a long post, people usually always link it as a example of a long reboot.
