Can't beat an urge

    I keep on relapsing to this Instagram model that calls her self "the stretching queen". I know it's pathetic, I deleted Instagram numerous times but I keep downloading it when I have urges. I feel so weak and ashamed of my self that I keep falling into the same trap over and over.

    What would you people say best way to stop doing this and overcoming this urge?? Is it the will power alone??? Cause so far I'm failing and if something my problem just getting worse....

    You need to take a break from the internet, in my opinion. Have you got a family member or friend, who could take your PC/Smartphone for a month or two?
