    Hi everyone! Sooo. I wanted to share with ya all one thing mom (a bit strange, I know) told me. MO makes your memory weaker. I was told that when I was 14 years old or something. And I think it’s true. I mean, I would notice how good my memory would be during reboot, and how weak it would be during... you know what I mean.

    So tell me what you think. Does reboot gives you self improvement (and I’m talking now Only about memory). Maybe it’s fake news and works only for me, or maybe it’s even proven by scientists?

    Please tell me what you think!:)

    That's fact. Dopamine floods your brain during the act. It interferes with your hippocampus and affects memory. As a matter of fact, other than memory loss, i have no other significant side effects due to PMO.

    Yeah, i believe its true. Both my thoughts and memory get sharper the further i get in a reboot. Pmo messes with you mentally and physically, it's bad news.

    My impression is that I have experienced cognital and memory loss due to PM-addiction. I can't prove it, but it feels like I have been more dumb through the years. And I consider it to be caused by 20+ years of porn addiction.

    I was always consumed with thinking about my next pmo, that I would literally forget things that I told people I would do. A couple of times were personally embarrassing and humiliating.
