My first ever 14 day challenge completed

Who cares it's only 14 days...
To any lad out there this may not be much, but to me going 336 hours without PMO, feels like I finally get to stand on the podium to receiving my crown. The furthest I have ever gone was 10 days.

Truth be told I've only had tough hours not days, but the biggest change came when I realized what my triggers were; fear, anxiety and disappointments, plus I started journaling.

Not wanting to relapse has been a strong motivation. I see this war as a drug addiction, I just cannot relapse.

The next challenge is 21 days. Thank you to those who have encouraged me in conversation.
