Intense reboot symptoms

    Hello,
    I have been struggling to stop watching porn for a few years new.
    1 month ago I decided to stop with the porn once and for all, had my ups and downs but never relapsed since.
    I will mention that masturbating is allowed with me, under my rules of getting closer to myself and acting sometimes on my sexual desires, instead of as escape mechanism.
    I dont masturbate daily and its not a habit, so I have a healthy relationship with MO.

    To the point -
    I have started having some harsh symptoms lately such as -
    • Intense anxieties
    • Extreme feeling of loneliness and isolation
    • Pushing away everyone I know
    • Finding myself crying and emotional at times (which I like tbh)
    • Headaches
    • Shaking and feeling cold
    • Depression
    • Emptiness
    • Desire to die at times
    • Anger at everyone and everything
    • Feeling lost

    I never imagined that this is what I will go through. It's really intense. I am isolated from everything and don't even trust people to help because no one can make space for my shit.
    I would love some support from you , people who may know what i am talking about and may be able to say the right thing..

    Great decision coming here : )
    The symptoms you describe can happen with variation in intensity to those who are rebooting, I experienced a few myself --> So continue and with a healthy lifestyle, it will get better.
    I would advise MO and especially ejaculation at the beginning of your rebooting (accepting one genitals and sexual power is great but be careful in touching yourself in the begining because P is often tied with MO meaning your brain has associated with it..). Why stopping ejaculation? because you are tiring your already tired (PMO) body with more MO.

    Even though stopping P is already very good, reading daily about rebooting to brainwash your brain can be helpful.

    Don't hesitate to ask for advices.
