    Hi Everyone,
I'm a software guy working in a IT firm. Staying alone, Since I'm a introvert.
First time i'm sharing my private things that no one I shared. I was a determined and hardworking person when I was my college after my college I joined a company as a fresher i put my hardwork to learn many things. there I was staying alone in a home with collegues but i stayed in a single room spending time with people was very less. so there i started watching porn slowly it turned to mastrubation now I'm every day doing it. its almost 5 yrs. Still i cannot stop and I'm fed up with this. First ill start to watch porn and it will make me to mastrubate. I've tried lot to avoid this but i cannot make it. because of this habbit I cannot concentrate on my work and even i cannot grow from where i'm being now. wasting more time and lost many.

I've lots of passion and goals to move forward. I'll stop this for a day max, but i cannot follow. On the next day ill continue. Nowadays I'm doing this more than twice.

Here I'm for NoFap's help, When I came across google and quora i come to know NoFap with many positive feedbacks. So here i logged in.

I hope with this help and guidance ill approach a loyal and genuine life.

    Thanks,

@justmoveonsaro welcome to nofap. I am glad you decided to make a change in your lifestyle. Quitting PMO will turn around your life for the better.
Most people on this board are introverts IMO and there in lies the challenge: we need to balance between getting overstimulated but have enough connection with the outside world that we can function normally.
If a solution for this problem can be summed up into one sentence that will be "opposite of addiction is connection." You will be able to achieve your targets in life in a sustainable way only when you have a good work-life balance. For introverts, it is work-social balance. I encourage you to start a journal in your age group and start posting on a regular basis and you will find ways to make progress.
    I wish you good luck!

hello..i'm also an indian..23 yr old..bro if you can't regulate the internet use..just use some website blocker softwares or parental control..add the sites that you need in the white list and block all other unwanted websites..it will defenitely works..also if you are living in cities like bengaluru or chennai go for an outing everyday to some malls or parks..keep yourself engaged all the time..then you'll be fine
