Day 54/90. I recalled a sex scene today from a porn video and dwelled on the thought for awhile. This is how it starts. I will choose to direct my mind to other things instead.

Day 1. Normal as usual but I do occasionally feel butterflies. Alone at home, I can feel the urge, but outside, I'm fine.

 

Day 7. When I woke up i felt the urge to watch porn, however i redirect that energy into a cold shower, and now I'm reading this comunity.

 

Day 23, now my longest streak ever!

My advice: stay out doors as much as possible and surround yourself with friends !

I have been trying NoFap for almost 2 years! But not a single time I was able to reach 90. My longest streak was more than 70 days.
But I hope I am able to reach 90 this time.
Some people say NoFap doesn't work and fapping is quite healthy but I have seen the real benefits of NoFap so I am one of those NoFap fans.

I keep my fingers crossed.

Have been on bupripion for 4 days. Not really negative side effects for me yet. I also hope it helps get rid of compulsive behavior and addictions and to help balance my dopamine levels. First time I am using any drug of this kind.
