Looking for accountability partner ...

Hi All,
I am indian and living alone far from my home.
My main trigger points are
1. Before sleep on weekdays.
2. On weekends, whenever I get bored from my studies.

Please help me , I am not sure whether I am addicted or not but one thing is sure that I am wasting my time and energy and I feel many of problems like hairfall , under weight, unmotivated is due to the masturbation and porn. I just want to get rid of this and want to abstain from PMO.
