Checking in, got my inner bicep of my sleeve done yesterday, I was wiped out all day yesterday and most of today from my body healing after a 6 and a half hour session. So not much else to report other than 5 more days and I get another rank up, woo!

Was reading the book "Atomic habits". It says, to successfully build habits, you need to switch from focusing on your goal to focusing on your identity. Example - When someone asks you to smoke when you are trying to quit, instead of saying "No thanks, I am trying to quit", say "No thanks, I don't smoke".

You need to change you identity by achieving small wins consistently. One nice tip - Find one person who has achieved what you want to achieve. Then at every moment when taking a decision, ask yourself "What would that person do in this case". Emulate that person, change your identity by having small consistent wins and soon, you'll be a different person!

Checking in Day 18!
Everything's going on pretty well. I'm home on vacation. Spending some good time with my parents and siblings.
But yesterday night, I was scrolling through my news feed on facebook, and somehow started reading an erotic story accidentally.... My brain was telling me: it's not P, you can read it. I read a few lines, and the images started to form in my mind. That's when it hit me that I have a target to fulfill, I want real change in my life, I don't want to fall in the same trap again. I closed the window right away, turned off the phone and went to sleep. So I consider it a huge victory!
In the morning, I discovered that I had a wet dream. But I don't remember any dream, nor did I feel the sensation of nocturnal emission. Does this sound weird?

So guys, i've decided to take some time away from the forum for a while, i'm being very busy lately and i'm still doing bad in some areas of my life and i'm losing the main goal i was trying to reach, i'm wasting too much time online, last time when i stayed away i did a good improvement, so i'm gonna try it again because there are so many things happening in my life now i gotta focus now more than ever. But i will be back on december 31, more datails on my Journal.

If you relapse, Zeno the King of all will erase all your Super Saiyan powers, you will LOSE ALL your transformations and techniques, you will be back to zero and you will have to start your training all over again. Tag me if you wanna join so i can put you on the list, but by the time you say you're in you are already in the challenge, so don't need to wait until i add you to the list, i will update with your name when i see it. Feel free to journal your progress here, using pictures or gifs to represent what you are feeling at the moment and helping each other.
