Lost, but back to it with new vigor! Also gonna add intermittent fasting to my regime of Nofap, meditation, exercise, and reading/studying to my road of self-development. I hope my Saiyan genes can take the 16 hours fast.

Day 30- feeling good about myself I've got this far although some days my anxiety comes back less severe, but still there..anyways hoping to keep improving my target now is 60 days.

 

No matter how many times you fail just keep going!

A little observation... I think that is a common mistake that you're all saying "MY anxiety" "MY addiction" you should not own these bad things. Your words are programming your thoughts and your thoughts are creating your reality.

Instead of that just say "THE anxiety" "THE addiction".

Say positive things, like "I am healthy, I am happy, I'm healing right now" and do not affirm you are in constant struggle and have countless disease...

Maybe a lot of you doesn't like these spiritual things that's okay, but I recommend my favorite movie the others:



It says a lot of people changed their lives and a lot of them recovered from serious illnesses with the power of positivity.

 

I had sex and Med so I reset my counter and reset my ranking.
