    Hello there,

so I kinda lost track of how long I'm in. It was roughly two months until I had a single masturbation relapse, but since then I am about 5 weeks in again. I also really don't ever feel the need to watch porn.
Last night I had my first wet dream, which is supposed to be a good sign from what I read. Also a strange experience, for I never even knew that was possible.

So much for the success half of the story. There is a little problem as well, which is that, since yesterday, I tend to get a boner everytime I see a beautiful woman, which is almost everytime I am in a bus or train, which is mutliple times a day. I then sort of have to force myself not to look and try very hard to think of something different.

Is there something that can be done about it? How about meditation? Can I do something to control that energy?
I usually do cold showers as well, but right now I don't, because I have a cold from a few too many days with a little too much alcohol.
What about exersice? I also did too little of that in the past few weeks compared to what I used to do.

Honestly I think you have to embrace your sexual energy. Getting easily roused is a good sign everything is functioning properly. Be happy you have it, embrace it, and it should go away once you have acknowledged it.

It sounds like you already know that you should exercise a bit more, do cold showers, and drink alcohol less. Do you feel like you are in general struggling with willpower?

Yes I do have difficulty with sticking to following my goals at times. I did blame this in part to the job I hated, which I quit just very recently and started studying at university instead (age 24). Time will show if that changes something on a deeper level. I usually do not have problems with alcohol, this time it was just an absurd amalgamation of parties and events.
I used to play too many video games, knowing they aren't good for me. I do think I have that under some control by now. At least I can stop immeditately when it's time for bed, which I couldn't a while ago.
Edit: I just uninstalled every single video game I had on my computer.
