No point dwelling on what has happened. I would advise going hard mode through the flatline as it is a sign your body is strongly rebooting and need to be left alone.
Forgive yourself and move on.

I have no idea whether this will hurt or not. The ultimate purpose for many of us is to retrain our brains from sex with porn and selves to sex with an another person. You did expose your body's physiological system to what is supposed to naturally excite you. Just because you are not ready yet doesn't necessarily mean you did yourself any harm.

What I do know is that the tricky part of us that wants us to use porn will do anything to discourage and depress us to make us return to the familiar porn. Whatever you do, don't give in.

 

I don't believe that it will set back your progress man. I mean, one of the major elements of NoFap is the avoidance of artificial stimulation and drive you towards natural stimulation..
If anything I think that it will help you progress and break out of the flatline if you have a partner during your reboot!

If you are attempting to experiment with semen retention though, than obviously every form of ejaculation should be avoided
