I made it through my first week. I have struggled but I don't want to throw this time away and start over.

For those that relapsed before hitting 90 days, what are you doing differently now to make sure you succeed this time round. Not next time round, but this time!! NO more back to day zero!!

 

Almost relapsed yesterday. Fortunately, a sudden phone call jerked me back to rationality (pun intended). Spent about 30 minutes afterwards browsing the forum to calm down. So Day 3/90

 

Jealous of your days. . Lol.
