I've been trying to quit porn for about three years now.
I went from PMOing 5-6 times a day to about 1 time in every 2-3 days, the latter I've been doing for about 3 months and sometimes I give up and it goes to once everyday but I eventually slow down.
I'm new to nofap and I used to organise my porn use to try and quit which brought me to my current stage.

I've been trying to quit it once and for all but I always give up and I hurts to say that I've never exceeded more than 5 days for 3 years. I'm again trying and hopefully NoFap can support me through this.

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

You liked the feeling on day 5 of NO PMO? That’s great. Remember the feeling. This makes you thirsty to get rid of addiction. There is a longing deep inside of you to become truly happy.
And I like to tell you: you can’t imagine how strong you are and how wonderful you will feel after weeks and months of NO PMO.
There may be a relapse. Don’t worry . Just make a new start and all is well. Never run away. The Creator loves you, he doesn’t judge you. Accept yourself, like yourself, love yourself. You are a wonderful person.

Can you give me advice on how to last more than 4 or 5 days (major record)?

Try to be around other people as much as you can, and just be busy, find something to do to keep you occupied, something physical, gym or go for a walk. Relapses happen when you're on your own in private, so try to avoid being in that situation as much as possible. Ideally you wanna be out and busy all day so when you get home and go to bed you're tired and go to sleep instead of watching porn, getting up stupid early also helps this

Mattyjsjy already made some good proposals, nevertheless urges can become extremely strong. And the moments you are alone at home will always come. The good news: urges come and go like the clouds at the sky, Just let them pass. Very often after 30 or 60 minutes they have disappeared. My trick when the urges are very present: I encourage other fapstronauts in the forums. And after 30 to 60 minutes there is peace inside of me. Especially the newbies here are very grateful when you express some empathy for them and their situation.

The funny thing: we are very different, come from different places, often speak different languages. And we have one thing in common: we all want to be truly happy. Watching porn and flapping do not bring happiness but frustration, shame, emptiness. To become truly happy we have to get rid of addiction.

You made the habit and you can break the habit.
Guess how many minutes it takes to write a post like this. And another post, and another post. I don’t have to run outside - after half an hour my mind is focused on what I really want: true happiness. :)

    Thank you men
I have learned to try to control myself and I don't get too much anymore (my biggest record is 5 0 6 days, and I can stand 1 day or 2 without masturbating, when I do it I only do it once a day) so thanks for the advice.
