    The burglar was caught again.

    I don't know if there are other than unnecessary relapses but this certainly was a totally unnecessary slip up. I finally have to take the approach of consecutive small goals. I always need to know my next short term goal and why I want to achieve it.

    I relapsed again today. I decided to do some work on this challenge every time I relapse - sort of like swear jar. So...

    Important updates:
    I changed the names of factions on badges to match the names on the list. I also completely renamed the 'United States' faction - there wasn't really any reason I named it that way in the first place besides wanting all factions to be countries. Now it's 'Milky Way'. I also implemented a new faction, 'Elements' where you'll get awarded a new rank name every day so that the day count in your streak always matches the proton count in your nucleus (except names for rank 0 - which is electron and 91+ day streaks - which is thorium).

    Because of these changes I'm temporarily lifting the ban on switching sides. If you're already part of the challenge but the changes made you hate your faction and want a different one, just send me a PM and I'll change it for you. The ban will be reactivated on October 20th.

    Relapse, had an argument today too. I want to get better and face my fears. I can't stand in complacency anymore. I have to work on myself, emotional maturity, and porn addiction. Only major win today was my studies & I used social media less then usual. Sorry I disappointed you all.
