New to NoFap to Overcome an Old Problem

    Hello,

    I am a 59 yesr old guy who heard about NoFap on the CNN Lisa Ling program and was very impressed. I look forward to joining your community. I have had a porn addiction since I was about 13 years old. Mine started with Playboy, then Hustler followed by videos and of course Internet porn. I am married going on 22 years to a wonderful woman who has had it with my addiction. I also tend to objectify women and myself. I have made grest progress over the last couple of years but can't seem to get to being permanently clean.

    I look forward to the new tools and insight that NoFap can bring and connecting with all of you!

    Thanks to all of you for the warm welcomes! I am excited at exploring all that NoFap has to offer. One thing I was trying to find was an active challenge for No PM or standard rebooting. Has anyone seen that lately?
