Sure, it's about having control over yourself, over the addiction.. which is the same thing as knowing yourself, being aware & in control of your body, your mind & thoughts etc.. taking responsibility for your life in terms of overcoming the addiction of PMO which is very debilitating. The longer you go without PMO, the higher you reach each level of the characters until the highest of Neo / 1 year. Have you seen the film? Hope I cud answer ur question.
