It only feels rigged cause you likely suck. Work on yourself and become the person you have always wanted to be.

 

Many young men suck because they did not have a suitable role model in their life and now are totally ignorant as to why they are a unsuitable mating partner.
For those men I can advise them to read "12 rules of life" by jordan peterson and learn about the inspiring story of David Goggins.

David is the biggest real life success story I have ever encountered and this man is a daily source of strength for me.
David started and remained in the most terrible situation(poverty, illiteracy, low IQ, racisme, obesity, bad childhood,depression, etc.) imaginable,
but managed to lift himself out of this and achieve the impossible and still thrives to go beyond. Tip: youtube "Joe rogan David goggins".

 

It sounds like some men create their own reality that women are difficult to find. If you believe good women are abundent and available, then what you believe tends to happen. I'm just a regular 55 year-old guy. My ex divorced me a couple years ago after 17 years of marriage. Soon, several quality women were interested in me. I picked one, and we are getting married in December.

The women who were interested in me averaged about twenty years younger than me. My fiance is 31. I'm not rich or anything, but I am employed with a decent job. I wasn't particularly looking for a younger woman, though I was open to it.

 

As far as working on the list, I did lose 70 lbs soon after the divorce and lifted weights consistently. I also bought nice new clothes to fit my new shape.

 

Damn! I must admit that I am jealous. I love younger women(10-15yrs younger), but I always have the mindset that they'd be creeped out by interest in them... yet here you are about to marry one when you weren't even in the market for one. Maybe I should stop looking.

The woman I’ve been spending more n more time with right now is 31 and I’m 52. She’s totally comfortable being with me now after meeting her this past August. I really like this woman and hope it goes further.

 

It is about fertility. Men are attracted to younger women because they are fertile. Women don't care as much about the age of a man since men of any age can father children.

Hah. A lot of stuff that crowd says is true. Though a family, raising good children, and a healthy monogamous relationship is my goal, it is not a bad idea to integrate some of that PUA stuff into one's personality as a Jungian shadow. I do feel like the dating game is rigged in my favor.

 

I think one of the biggest problems chronic masturbators face is the feeling that they are unworthy of women. Something that gives me the strength to give up PMO is a feeling that my masculinity is of value to women or at least one woman. If a man feels desired as a sexual being and feels his seed has value, he is less inclined to waste his seed.

This victim mentality is a lie and plays right into the addiction. If you meet a 2/10 who wants a 10/10 and you are a 4/10, move on to the 6, 8, or 10/10 who is attracted to you. Even attractive women suffer from major insecurities. You just have to risk rejection. If you are married, your wife rejecting you one night doesn't mean she will reject you the next. Keep on trying with confidence. Meanwhile, you will have to give up porn so your dick functions.

Women are a metaphor for the world. It is the same fear that keeps us from risking with the women in our lives that keep us from taking risks in life.

However, I have heard some some common sense things:
1) show some confidence,
2) keep things light and fun,
3) don't fold if women ask some offputting questions,
4) move on to someone else if the woman you approached is not interested.
