[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 9/30 is done.

 

It should be around a week by now since I've started my challenge. Since then, I've stopped watching porn and all other explicit stuffs. My mind felt clear and occupied with studies. Yesterday, however, I read some manga with ecchi contents inside, and I think it triggered some inner desire inside. Today, I spent 5 and a half hours, fapping and watching porn. I did not had orgasm, but, it was a huge waste of time. I am writing this to remind myself, the PMO challenge includes P and M for a reason, because one thing leads to another. I would not be resetting my counter, but, I would stop myself from watching porn and masturbating(which actually happens uncontrollably due to porn). Wish me luck for the days ahead, and I hope my days ahead would be productive! Let's fight this together guys! NO PMO!!!!
