    I'm all over this streak. I totally made my mind up on day 1 to get to day 90, no excuses.

    Watch this and apply it. LOVE IT.
    99% is a bitch. 100% is a breeze.

    Day 11 of 90. Does anyone have any tips or things to look out for during these next 10 days? I haven’t made it this far in a while and I just want to get an idea on what to expect.

    Day 3/90. The urges hit hard yesterday night but holding strong.

Everyone's different of course, but I've found around the second or third week my brain seems to throw a hodgepodge of random erotic thoughts/images at me, like it's in a desperate attempt to get me to do PMO so it's just trying whatever it can to fool me. It doesn't last very long, like maybe a few days, but it can get intense before it subsides.

    This is why it's important to have a plan for what to do when the urges come. Preferably a list of several things you can try to focus that restless energy. Some suggestions that work for me: take a walk, do a crossword puzzle, play a strategy game, read, play my guitar, try cooking a new recipe, meet a friend for coffee, meditate. Whatever you think may help distract you during those particularly challenging stretches.

    Hang in there, mate, just remember that fapping or porn won't make it better. I too have anxiety issues, but the longer I avoid porn, the lesser my anxiety. Porn is no safe space anyway, quite the contrary - it's there to jump at you when you're most vulnerable. We're here for you.
