Why 90?

    I do realize that while 90 days is considered by many to be a complete reboot, it is recommended to keep going after that. Yet 90 days is this big deal for many fapstronauts (myself included) and I can't but wonder why. Why 90 days? Why not 100 days? Or three months (which would usually consist of 91 or 92 days if I'm not wrong)?

    It's just a nice milestone that caught on, ultimately if you can do 90 days you can do 180 or a year, it's a statement that you've taken the first step to living pmo free
