Withdrawal symptoms

    Can any body relate to this withdrawal symptoms please
    - fear of having panic attack while am with friends
    -insomnia -panicking on small issues(adrenaline related idk)
    - ears cracking and sounds, tinitus
    - physical tension, especially around the
    head, in the arms and legs
    - slow digestion
    - weak immunity
    -feeling cold even when the weather is hot
    Please i need someone who is on a reboot to tell me if you have experienced this issues during your journeys

    yes..exactly the same for me..that ear cracking sound while moving the tooth and pain around the head especially regions near to the back of the ear

    i'm 23 yr old..addicted to masturbation for the last 11 years..in my early stages i spend hrs inside my bathroom peeping into the bathroom of my neighbouring house (voyeurism)..this created a haunting pain in the back sides of my head near to the ears..i have some sort of social anxiety and difficulty in learning..i also had severe digestion problems when i was 17..also i feel sleepy when i'm in a class or learning something..irritation and sudden anger..lack of concentration, depression and loneliness..also my face looks very sleepy, depressed and guilt..also i had that insomnia before i started nofap..
